Fourteen UK places
Swingers UK: Meet Local Couples and Singles
More than 6,200 UK members, from Glasgow to Cornwall, with a page for each of fourteen places.
Find the swingers in your part of the UK
More than 6,200 Swingers Lounge members live in the UK, and more than 1,700 of them are couples. They are in big cities and county towns alike, and they use the site the same way: read a profile, send a message, have a drink and see how it goes.
It is a wider world than it sounds. YouGov's tracker asking British adults about open arrangements, a bigger group than swingers, found in July 2026 that 4% had been in one, 2% were in one at the time and 9% said they would be open to it.
Pick your region below, see where the members are and message the people who suit you. When you are ready for a night out, swingers clubs and swingers parties explain the doors, and all our places sit in one list.

Meet halfway when the club is a county away
Not every region has a club of its own. No club inside Essex, Hampshire, South Yorkshire or the Bristol area showed current listings when we looked on 14 October 2026, so a night out means a train or a drive.
- Essex: the nearest clubs with listings are in London.
- Hampshire: Bournemouth Swingers Club, over the county border in Dorset.
- Sheffield and South Yorkshire: Leeds, Manchester and Nottingham are each roughly 30 miles away.
- Bristol: the nearest is in Newport, South Wales.
A halfway meeting solves most of it. Pick a town both couples can reach in an evening, meet for a drink and take the conversation from there. The guide to your first swinger meet shows how to set it up, and swinger etiquette covers how to behave once you are in the room.
Keep it healthy and keep it legal
NHS sexual health clinics see anyone, whatever their age, gender or sexuality, and what you say stays confidential: staff will not pass it to your GP, or anyone else, without your say-so. You rarely need a referral or an appointment, though a quick call first is sensible, and you can keep your real name and your GP's name to yourself. The NHS suggests booking in if you are having sex with new partners, and on condoms it is blunt: use one every time you have sex, and you and your partner are far better protected against HIV and other STIs.
In England the NHS website has a postcode search for clinics, and the national sexual health helpline is 0300 123 7123. Two points of English and Welsh law are worth knowing as well. Section 71 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 makes sexual activity in a public lavatory a specific offence, and the Crown Prosecution Service describes a common-law offence of doing something lewd, obscene or disgusting in public that outrages public decency. The rule of thumb is a closed door: play happens in private rooms and in venues built for it. The safety page explains what Swingers Lounge does on top.
UK swingers, answered
How do I meet swingers near me in the UK?
Join, set your nearest town and browse the members around you. The region pages above show where they are, and distance already counts in the matches suggested to you. Upgrading to VIP adds city and distance filters when you want to widen the net.
Do UK swingers clubs let singles in?
Door policies differ. Some nights are for couples only, and others admit singles on set evenings or as a couple's guest, so read each club's rules before you book. Meeting a couple through the site first can make the night easier to arrange.
What if there is no swingers club near me?
In a region with no club showing current listings, such as Essex, Hampshire, South Yorkshire or the Bristol area, the answer is to travel to the nearest one or to meet somewhere between two couples' homes. Message first, then agree a place and an end time.
Is it safe to meet UK swingers from a site?
Use the tools. ID verification and badges show who has been checked, every member carries a behaviour rating, and you can block or report in a tap. Meet in public first, tell a friend where you are and agree beforehand how the evening ends.
