Swinging sites compared

Are There Any Good Swinging Sites?

Seven worth knowing, in one table with a straight verdict on each, so you pick the right one first time.

Yes, and they suit different nights

Yes. Seven swinging sites are worth knowing about: Swingers Lounge, SDC, FabSwingers, Swinging Heaven, Feeld, AdultFriendFinder and 3Fun. They are good at different things, so the right one depends on the night you want.

A good swinger site, in plain terms, is one where the people are real, the rules are clear and you can leave without a fuss. The verdicts below weigh all seven against that, one at a time, and we say up front that we run one of them.

A fair verdict on each swinging site

Strengths first, then the catch. The link in each verdict opens the full comparison.

Swingers Lounge

We run it, so weigh this one accordingly. It suits couples and singles who want to meet people near home, check who is real with ID and video verification and plan nights in private group chats. The catch: the fuller tools, such as unlimited messages and advanced search, sit in the paid tiers. See the features and pricing pages.

SDC

The traveller's pick. SDC began in 1999, lists parties and clubs internationally and adds a travel calendar and a stays service. It claims over 3 million members. The catch is the terms: paid plans renew automatically and the terms state no refunds. Read the full comparison with SDC.

FabSwingers

The long-running community. It says it has run since 2006, is free to use and has more than 200,000 people on it daily, with chat, discussion boards, meets and a clubs directory. The catch is trust: Fab says it runs no background checks, so verification rests on members vouching for each other. Read the FabSwingers comparison.

Swinging Heaven

The chat-room site. A UK community with a live chat room, stories, groups and a clubs directory, and an age check for every user. The catch: the full mailbox, messenger and chat room sit behind paid levels, prices show only after login and there is no app. Read the Swinging Heaven comparison.

Feeld

The app for the curious. Open to solos and couples, with optional photo verification, screenshot blocking and Incognito mode. The catch is breadth, since it is not swinger-specific, plus a 2024 report of chat-image flaws that Feeld said it had fixed by August 2024. Read the Feeld comparison.

AdultFriendFinder

The broad adult site. Its owner says it was founded in 1996, and it covers adult dating in general. The catch is its record: a 2007 settlement with a US regulator, breaches reported in 2015 and 2016 and no official app in either store. Read the AdultFriendFinder comparison.

3Fun

The threesome app. Built around couples, with shared accounts, group chats, verified photos and Incognito mode. The catch is that it lives in the app stores, and in 2019 researchers reported that it exposed users' sensitive data, location included, affecting about 1.5 million people. Read the 3Fun comparison.

How to choose a swingers website that suits your night

Four questions sort most people.

  1. What are you after?

Swinging, threesomes or adult dating in general. Swingers Lounge, SDC, FabSwingers and Swinging Heaven are swinger sites; 3Fun and Feeld lean towards threesomes and the curious.

  2. Where will you meet people?

Near home, a local site helps. If you travel, international listings matter more, and SDC is the one that lists parties and clubs across borders.

  3. How do you want people checked?

Some sites use ID or video verification and ratings, others rely on members vouching for each other. Decide which you trust, and read what each site actually does.

  4. How will you pay and where will you use it?

Compare how each one charges, not just the headline price, and decide if you want a browser, a home-screen web app or a store app.

Whichever you pick, meet in public first, keep your real name and address back until you trust someone and read the site's privacy terms. Our guides to your first swinger meet and swinger etiquette cover the rest, our safety page explains how Swingers Lounge protects members, every side-by-side sits on the comparisons page and more plain-English help is in the swinging guides.

Swinging site questions, answered

Are there any good swinging sites?

Yes. The seven compared above each suit a different night. Swingers Lounge is the pick for local meets and group chats, SDC for travel, FabSwingers and Swinging Heaven for chat and community, Feeld and 3Fun for the curious, and AdultFriendFinder for adult dating at large.

Which swinger site has the most members?

The services state different numbers and count different things, so we do not rank them. SDC says over 3 million members, Swinging Heaven says over 1.9 million, 3Fun says 3 million active users and Feeld says more than 14 million registered accounts. Fab says over 200,000 people use it daily. Swingers Lounge has more than 7,500 members.

Is swingers.com a swinger dating site?

No. When we checked on 14 October 2026, swingers.com had no sign-up, no member profiles and no messaging. It was a single page of links out to adult video sites, and it did not say who runs it. If you want a swinging site, the seven in this guide are the live options.

Can I use a swinging site without downloading anything?

Often, yes. Swingers Lounge, FabSwingers and Swinging Heaven work in a browser, and Swinging Heaven has no app at all. SDC offers a website and apps, Feeld and 3Fun come from the App Store and Google Play, and Swingers Lounge sits on your home screen, with native apps limited to selected markets.

How do swinging sites charge?

Models differ. FabSwingers says it is free to use and funded by adverts. SDC and Swinging Heaven say joining is free, Feeld is free to download and 3Fun says messaging matches is free; all four sell paid levels. On Swingers Lounge every account begins as Classic membership, and VIP and VIP Plus cost extra. Check each price page, because plans change.

How can I tell a swinging site is safe?

No site can promise it, so look for tools you can use: ID or video verification, blocking and reporting, and a clear age check. Swingers Lounge offers free ID verification, a live video check and a behaviour rating on every member. Feeld has optional photo verification, and Fab members verify each other. Meet in public first.
