Swinger Safety: Your Night, Your Rules, Your Control
Who you meet, what they see and when you call it a night: every protection in one place.
A good night starts with knowing who is real
Swinging only works when everyone is who they say they are and anyone can walk away at any moment. The lounge is built around both. Content is screened as it is uploaded, members earn a behaviour rating, and you decide what other people get to see.
Below is everything working on your side, group by group, then the habits that keep a first meet easy. For the unwritten rules of clubs and parties, read swinger etiquette.

Five habits that make a first meet easy
No tool replaces judgement. These take a minute each and cover most of what goes wrong.
Keep the early chat in the lounge
Messages here are monitored and your number stays private. Be wary of anyone who rushes you onto another app.
Check the badge and the rating
A verified badge and a good behaviour score are the quickest read on whether someone is real and easy to deal with.
Meet somewhere public first
A bar, a coffee shop or a hotel lounge. Arrive in your own transport and tell a friend where you are.
Agree limits before you arrive
Couples talk at home, then say it again over the first drink. Anyone can change their mind, and the answer is always respected.
Never send money
Nobody on the lounge needs your bank details, a gift card or a deposit. Report anyone who asks.
The full walk-through is in your first swinger meet, and is Swingers Lounge legit answers the question people type before they join.
Look after each other's health
Condoms and regular testing are part of any sensible night, and the health services say so in plain words.
- In the UK, the NHS says its sexual health clinics are open to everyone and confidential, and that using a condom every time is the best protection against HIV and other STIs.
- In the USA, the CDC's Get Tested service lists confidential testing near you, and the CDC says latex condoms reduce the risk of STIs but do not remove it.
- In Australia, healthdirect recommends regular STI checks if you are sexually active and a check before starting with a new partner.
Local clinic details sit on each page of our places guide.
Safety questions, straight answers
What can other members see about me?
Your username, the photos and details you choose to add, and your nearest town. Your real name, your email address and your exact location are never shown, and you can block anyone you do not want looking.
How do I stop someone contacting me?
Block them. They can no longer message you or see your profile. If they have broken the rules, report them as well so the moderators can act, and use one-click feedback to mark the conversation down.
What if someone asks to move to WhatsApp?
Take it slowly. The lounge alerts you when a chat heads for another app because that is a common scam tactic. Keep talking here until you have checked their badge and rating and are happy to go further.
Are the photos moderated?
Yes. Photos, videos and text are screened when they are uploaded, by AI and human reviewers. Images that might be explicit are blurred with a warning, so you decide whether to look.
Is there someone to talk to if something goes wrong?
Yes. The support team is made of real people, reachable by chat, phone and messaging at any hour. After a meet that went badly, report the member and tell them what happened.
