About Swingers Lounge: A Swingers Community Since 2016

Couples and singles, adults only, with respect on the door.

A lounge for people who know what they like

Swingers Lounge has been online since 2016. It's here so that swingers, couples and singles can find each other close to home, talk first and decide for themselves how far an evening goes.

Nobody here has to explain what swinging is. Members are adults, they say what they are open to on their profile, and they expect the same plain speaking back. Some arrive after years of clubs and parties. Others have only just talked about it at home, and want to start with a drink and a chat.

Everything in the lounge is built around that pace: private messages, chat rooms, group chats for planning a night, checks that show who is real, and tools that let you walk away at any moment. The features page lists them all, and the safety page explains how members are looked after.

Seven house rules that keep the room friendly

Every member agrees to these when they join. They are short, and they are the reason the room feels the way it does.

  1. Adults only

You must be 18 or over, and the lounge checks age as the law requires.

  2. Real people only

Checks and moderators are there so that genuine members are the ones who get in. Members may not sell goods or services to each other.

  3. Be kind

Treat people the way you want to be treated, in messages, chat rooms and comments. If someone is not your type, say so politely.

  4. Be tolerant

Members come from every background. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism and hate speech have no place here.

  5. Be safe

Keep early conversations in the lounge, where they can be monitored. Never share bank details, and never send money or gift cards.

  6. Be discreet

Not everyone wants to be recognised outside the lounge. If you spot a member in public, approach only if they have said you may.

  7. Respect boundaries

If someone says no, that is the end of it. Harassment gets members removed.

Who you'll meet

More than 7,500 members, including more than 2,100 couples, have a profile in the lounge. Most are in their thirties, forties and fifties, and they are grown-ups with opinions about what makes a good evening. This is how the ages break down.

Singles are as welcome as couples, and the lounge is open to every shape of arrangement, from soft swap to full swap and group nights. Find out more in what swinging is, or go straight to swinging couples and swingers near me.

Looked after by people, not only by software

Moderators and a support team sit behind the lounge, day and night.

  • AI and human reviewers screen every upload before other members get to see it.
  • Blurred sensitive photos, instant blocking and one-click reporting put you in charge of what you see.
  • A real support team is reachable by chat and messaging around the clock.

One lounge, more than one room

The main lounge is for swingers of every age. Members in their fifties, sixties and seventies also have a section of their own, Senior Swingers Lounge, with its own sign-up and its own members.

Wondering how we compare with the other swinger sites? Our comparisons set the lounge beside each one, point by point, and the guides cover everything from etiquette to your first meet.

Straight talk about the lounge

How long has Swingers Lounge been running?

It has been online since 2016. Over that time the lounge has added ID and video verification, moderation and group chats while keeping the same aim: introductions between adults who share an interest.

Who can join Swingers Lounge?

Any adult aged 18 or over, as a single or as a couple. You make a profile, say what you are open to and start browsing. Swingers in their fifties, sixties and seventies also have a section of their own, Senior Swingers Lounge.

Is Swingers Lounge discreet?

It is built that way. Members use usernames, other members see only your nearest town, and sensitive photos are blurred until someone chooses to look. You can block anyone, and the house rules ask everyone to respect privacy.

Where do I report a problem?

Use the report button on any profile or message, or contact the support team, which is reachable around the clock. Serious breaches of the house rules end in removal.
