FabSwingers is a long-running community that says it is free to use, with members verifying one another. Swingers Lounge is a membership site with ID and video checks on offer, a behaviour rating on every member and paid tiers for the extras.

What FabSwingers does well
Fab has earned its following. It says it was created by a swinging couple, and a UK company, Winchester Consultancy Limited, runs it from a registered office in London.
- The price. Fab says it is free to use, not just free to join, and that small adverts pay for it. An optional paid supporter upgrade removes the adverts and allows more photo uploads.
- The social side. Chat, discussion boards, meets and events, a clubs directory and photo galleries all live on the site.
- The traffic. Fab says more than 200,000 people use the site every day. That is its own figure, so treat it as a claim rather than a measurement.
- The way in. There is a mobile web app, and official apps arrived on the App Store in September 2025 and on Google Play.
Two ways to know who you are talking to
Verification is where the two sites differ most.
On FabSwingers, members vouch for members
Couples and women can be verified on webcam by someone who is already verified. A single man is verified after meeting someone. Fab also says it does not carry out background checks, and under the Online Safety Act, UK users have faced an age check since July 2025.
On Swingers Lounge, the site does the checking
Free ID verification puts a badge on your profile, and a live video check with a moderator confirms who you are without any documents. Every member carries a behaviour rating, and the site warns you when someone tries to take a chat to an outside app. ID verification is optional, so a missing badge means unchecked, nothing more. What sits behind the checks
Three levels. Every account starts on Classic membership, which covers your profile, daily match suggestions, free ID verification and a capped number of messages each day. VIP removes the cap and brings in chat rooms and private group chats for up to 50 people. VIP Plus is the top tier, with exclusive matches and priority placement.
The site opens in a browser and sits on your home screen, and native apps are offered only in selected markets.
